I embraced photography in 2007 driven by a desire to capture the people in my life and community. Since then it's extended to encompass landscape,  seascape, portraiture, still life, street and wildlife photography.

During 2020 I delved into textile art  which is mostly in the form of wet-felted merino images with embellishment.  Though I primarily do landscape pieces,  I have developed a technique to produce portraits also, based on my portrait photography. This year I plan to explore nuno felting techniques also.  

For me the creation of images is immensely therapeutic, relaxing, mindful, spiritual.  Art feeds my soul.
